The Beretta A400 Xcel Sporting shotgun from Beretta is a technologically advanced competition shotgun, featuring the innovative Blink operating system. This action is one of the fastest available, for instantaneous follow up shots. Recoil is greatly reduced with the Kick Off recoil reducing system and Micro Core recoil pad. Only the very best cold hammer forged barrels are utilized, and standard Optima Bore HP choke tubes are readily threaded in. The Beretta Balance Cap utilizes a changeable weight on the end of the magazine tube to achieve the perfect point where the shotgun becomes an extension of the shooter's body. A striking blue anodized finish on the cap protects the system from the elements allowing the shooter to compete anytime anywhere, and the same attractive finish is also on the receiver.
