The gorgeous steel frames have had a color case hardening applied to them which provide a super rich and almost antique look to the rifle. This color combination plays so well with the gorgeous American Walnut stock. The black solid rubber recoil pad helps to soak up the recoil keeping you on target for potential follow up shots. The highly desirable Octagon blued steel barrel provides you with the old west allure which are extremely desirable for collectors and shooters alike. The adjustable Semi-Buckhorn rear sight and brass beaded front sight provide you with an excellent quick acquisition sight picture. Should you decide to add an optic the receiver is drilled and tapped and will accept a Weaver 63B scope mount type which is sold separately.
