The cantilever mount seems rigid enough to securely affix a quality scope.Have yet to attach optics.Once that is done and tried,will edit this review.Thats the reason for the four stars.Installed on a henry golden boy in 22wmr. Made in new jersey,with drilled and tapped threads under the rear sight.Made in brooklyn,n.Y. Henry golden boy,however do not have the required drilled and tapped threads for the cantilever scope mount,fyi.
