The Long Ranger is designed to bring the versatility and power of .223 Rem / 5.56 rounds to a lever action platform. The lever action operation, a signature of Henry Repeating Arms, is smooth and reliable, allowing quick follow-up shots. The capacity of 5 rounds ensures a good balance between firepower and weight, making it an excellent choice for a day in the field.

Henry's Long Ranger uses a transfer bar safety system that prevents the hammer from striking the firing pin unless the trigger is fully depressed. This safety feature adds an extra layer of protection for the shooter.

The rifle comes equipped with a 20" round barrel, contributing to its overall balanced feel and accurate shooting. The receiver is made of steel for maximum durability and has been finished with a black hard coat anodizing for added resistance to wear and corrosion.
