A very, very good lpvo
Posted by A321This is an excellent scope for the price. Simmons had the best deal on sale. I chose the meter reticle over the yard due to the larger horseshoe at 1x, as it is easy to pick up and place on the target. The meter reticle is also less convoluted t higher magnifications. The glass is phenomenally crisp and clear and provides an excellent picture up to 6x. Magnification from 6-8x is still very good, but not as clear or crisp as the lower magnifications. The illumination is easily daylight bright, even in sunlight. My only gripe about the scope is that the eye relief is not very forgiving, especially at higher magnifications. I had to be directly on sight for a clear picture, so i had to practice getting the correct cheek weld and view to be on target. Still, for $1199 on sale, this scope ranks up there with more expensive, name brand lpvos.
