The Dark 30 Defiance 640 PTZ is a compact rugged thermal camera designed for vehicle-mounted applications. Equipped with a 640x480 thermal sensor and a 17µm pixel pitch it provides exceptional image quality with a 30mm F/1.0 Germanium lens balancing magnification and field-of-view for versatile use. This thermal camera is a complete turn-key solution offering pan-and-tilt functionality and includes a variety of mounting options for easy installation across different vehicles. The Defiance 640 PTZ comes with suction cups, 100 pull-pound magnets, a 2-inch riser, and permanent mounting bolts, making installation straightforward and adaptable to any application. The low-latency video is displayed on the included 10.1-inch HD LCD screen via an HDMI connection, while the camera is powered by a 12V DC adapter. Camera control is simple with the variable-speed wireless remote or through the Dark 30 mobile app available for iOS and Android. Additional features include 360° continuous panning, multiple color palettes, and IP66-rated weather protection.
